Quail Ridge is a quiet, gated community neighboring Manito Golf and Country Club on Spokane's South Hill. The entrance is near 54th Avenue and Hatch Road. This private community consists of 16 townhouses, 7 inner-circle homes surrounding a private park, and 15 ridge homes with sweeping views.

The development was established in 1984. Architectural guidelines specify a uniform brick exterior and tile roofs for all homes. The common area is a beautifully manicured private park with swimming pool. Caretakers live within the gated community.

The Quail Ridge Homeowners' Association is strictly governed by registered Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The Homeowners’ Association contracts for snow removal (including driveways and walks), as well as landscape maintenance in the common area and in the homeowners’ yards. Water, sewer, and garbage services are paid for by the association thru member dues.
